The Anglo-Dutch company Unilever, one of the world leaders in the market of food products and household chemicals announced plans to sell some of its food brands, due to which, it is expected that the company will receive some $7.44bn.
In particular, it reported the possible sale of brands such as Flora and Stork butter. Last month, the manufacturer of Knorr soups and Dove soap declined the offer for acquisition of its rival Kraft Heinz. The amount of the transaction was a record $143bn.
