Latvian skydiver Ingus Augstkalns wrote his name in the history of skydiving. He did what anyone previously didn't even think about.
On May 12, the skydiver climbed a 120-meter telecommunications tower, and from there, the drone manufactured by Aerones raised Ingus, whose body was tied to the copter. Ingus jumped at a height of 330 meters. As for the drone itself, it was equipped with 28 propellers capable lifting up to 200 kg.
The drone's developers hope that their innovation might be useful in the future for search and rescue operations.
