Labour Ministers of "big twenty" gathered yesterday in the German Rhineland-Palatinate. The main topic of the discussion was the employment of refugees.
It was noted that Germany is experiencing difficulties with employment of more than 1.2 million refugees who arrived in the country for the last 2 years. In particular, Germany has undertaken reforms to improve conditions for employment. Germany has taken measures to make it easier for asylum-seekers to enter the workforce - for example, most can now access the labour market after three months compared with nine months previously
The summit of G20 leaders will be held in July in Hamburg.
