A bailout tranche of 8.5 billion euros was agreed to provide to insolvent Greece on Thursday by 19 eurozone ministers in Luxembourg.
The cash aid will be used to pay Athens' debt which is due in July.
It also marked an important step to the next urgent payout for the poor country.
Greece's euro lenders agreed to put off the discussion on debt relief decision, but they want to keep informed of details about the debt issue settlement.
The Managing Director of the IMF Christine Lagarde said that the IMF is expected to offer a disbursement of funds to Greece in the early July provided that Greece has its measures on debt issue open to the organization.
The eurogroup stressed its support to Greece and will help the country out of its financial embarrassment by delaying the loan repayment for another 15 years.
