The Labor Ministry of Uzbekistan held a meeting with Japanese delegation comprised of representatives of Japanese Association «Chuo Sangyo Shinko», "Three Concier Co., Ltd.", social security corporation "Kinunokai", "Medical Brain Co., Ltd." corporation of social welfare "Wolf Аrden" and "PRIEM".
The meeting discussed issues of recruitment and involvement of citizens in institutions of social support of large Japanese companies, opening of Centre for training human resources to Japan in Ferghana region, and the signing of the Memorandum between the Agency for external labor migration and Japanese companies to attract citizens of Uzbekistan for implementation of labor activities in Japan.
Labor Minister A. Abduxakimov stressed that Uzbekistan and Japan set a dialogue based on trust, openness and mutual respect, which contributes to the deepening of cooperation.
Labor Minister in detail briefed the guests about the activities of the Ministry, development and potential of the labor market of Uzbekistan, the similarity in mentality between the two peoples, including the desire to expand your skills and experience.
In turn, the Japanese side expressed gratitude for the organization of this meeting. The guests briefed the Uzbek side about the demand in labor market of Japan.
Today in Japan there is a demand for medical specialists, and until November 2017, they are ready to admit 35 citizens of Uzbekistan to social welfare institutions, while by the end of this year – some 1 thousand.
