"UzEx" JSC saw deals worth 1.3 trillion soums in June 2017, which is 21% higher than the figure for the same period last year. At the same time, positive dynamics of trading was observed on all trading platforms of the exchange.
Goods worth 945.3 billion soums or 16.8% more than in June 2016 were sold through exchange trades during the period under review. Significant growth in sales was observed in the food products segment, as a result of which their share in the stock market increased from 16% to 21%. The proportion of non-ferrous metals increased from 11% to 14%, which is related to the growth of their sales. The remaining commodity groups retained their positions on the exchange market, comparable to June of last year.
Besides, export contracts for $ 5.5 million were concluded on currency trading platform. In the structure of exports polyethylene accounted for 57%, while the rest of the trades fell to non-ferrous metals - 33% and liquefied gas - 10%.
The aggregate amount of transactions concluded with the participation of small businesses and private entrepreneurship grew by 6.1% to 837.3 billion soums. At the same time, entrepreneurs purchased commodity resources through the exchange for 506.5 billion soums and sold products for 330.8 billion soums.
The seller-enterprises received additional income due to the formation of real market prices at the exchange auctions in the amount of 384.4 billion soums, an increase of 8.2% compared to June last year.
Over the past month, the volume of fair trade reached 212.8 billion soums, with growth of 37%. The largest deals in the online store exchange were concluded on the sale of consumer goods, chemical products and building materials.
Deals were concluded for 70.4 billion soums in the system of public procurement ("D-xarid"), which is 29.2% more than in June of the previous year. At the same time, budgetary savings increased from 11.9 billion soums to 22.4 billion soums. The share of small businesses in the supply of goods for public procurement made up 99% of the number and volume of transactions. During the reporting period, the volume of transactions concluded in the electronic catalog system grew by 28.2% and amounted to 12.5 billion soums.
The volume of corporate purchases ("E-xarid") in the past month amounted to 55.8 billion soums, which is 30.8% more than in June 2016. The share of small businesses in the supply of goods for corporate purchases was 98% of the number of concluded deals and 97% of their volume. During the auction, 18 counter offers were received on average for each application.
